Organizational Structure (Mold Parts Factory)

Board of Directors


  • Chairman: Responsible for strategic development, long-term planning, and major company decisions.

  • Directors: Participate in investment planning, strategic adjustment, and key project approvals.




General Manager


  • Overall in charge of company operations, business strategy, and management.

  • Deputy General Managers (multiple): Assist the General Manager in supervising production, sales, finance, and administration.




Production & Operations Department


  • Production Manager: Formulates production plans, manages manufacturing processes, and ensures delivery efficiency.

  • Workshop Supervisors: Supervise daily operations in machining, heat treatment, grinding, and assembly workshops.

  • Quality Control Manager: Oversees product inspection, testing, and ensures compliance with international standards.

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Manager: Manages raw material procurement (e.g., tool steel, alloy), warehouse inventory, and finished product distribution.




Technology & R&D Department


  • Technical Director: Leads technological innovation and process optimization in mold components.

  • R&D Engineers: Design, test, and develop new mold accessories (ejector pins, wear plates, slide cores, etc.).

  • Process Engineers: Optimize machining techniques, heat treatment, and surface finishing to improve efficiency and quality.




Marketing & Sales Department


  • Marketing Director: Responsible for branding, international/domestic market strategy, and exhibitions.

  • Sales Manager: Manages sales team, expands customer base in domestic and overseas markets.

  • Customer Service Manager: Handles customer communication, technical support, and after-sales service.




Finance Department


  • Finance Director: Oversees financial planning, fund operation, and risk control.

  • Accounting Manager: Manages cost accounting, budget, and financial analysis.

  • Cashier: Handles daily payments, banking, and cash management.




Human Resources Department


  • HR Director: Responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee welfare.

  • Recruitment Manager: Selects and hires skilled technicians, engineers, and operators.

  • Training Manager: Provides technical and safety training to improve employee skills.




Information Technology Department
